- Boiled eggs-4
- Onions-1
- Tamarind juice-1/2 cup
- Chillies-2
- Cumin pwd-1/2tsp
- Coriander pwd-1 tsp
- Garam masala-1/2 tsp
- Tumeric pwd-1/2 tsp
- Red chillie pwd-1/2 tsp
- Salt- to taste
- Curry leaves,coriander leaves- garnish
- Oil
- Masturd-1tsp
- Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Directions
- In a pan add oil mustard,cumin seed,curry leaves.
- Add onions cut in length wise and chillies cook 2 mins.
- Add chopped tomatoes and salt cook 2 mins.
- Add all pwds and little water cook for 4 mins.
- Now add tamarind juice and water cook 5 mins.
- Turn off the flame and whole or cut eggs into the curry.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
