Ingredients
- Rice-2 cup
- Idly rice-1 1/2 cup
- Urad dal-1 cup
- Flat rice-2tsp
- Salt
- Soda-1/2 tsp
Directions
- Soak and grind the above ingredients to a fine batter and allow the batter to ferment over night .
- Once done dosas can be made and served with chutney.
