Ingredients
- Beetroot-1
- Red onion-1/2
- Garlic-2pods
- Peppercorn-8
- Salt to taste
- Cream to garnish
- Barley or orzo-2tsp
Directions
- Cook beetroot ,cool and keep aside.
- Salute onions and garlic in olive oil.
- Make a paste of all above ingredients .
- Add the paste to oil and add water.
- Add barley.
- Allow to boil till barley is cooked .
- Add salt and pepper
- Garnish with cream.
