Ingridents
- Coarse rava-1 cup
- Sugar -3/4 cup
- Ghee -1 tsp
- Sultanas-1/4 cup
- Cashews-1/4 cup
- Milk- 4 tsps
Directions
- Heat ghee in a pan fry sultanas and cashews keep aside.
- Add rava and stir fry continuously on low heat in the same pan until the rava turns golden brown.
- Remove from heat ,add sugar and allow to cool.
- Add sultanas and cashews.
- Make small balls .
- Can be stored upto a month.
