Ingredients
- Vermicelli-2 cups
- Onions-1
- Lime juice-1/4 cup
- Salt- to taste
- Peas-1/4 cup
- Chillies-3
- Turmeric pwd-1/2 tsp
- Mustard-1 tsp
- cumin seeds-1 tsp
- Coriander-to garnish
- Channa dal- 1tsp
- Asafeotida
- Curry leaves-4
Directions
- Cook vermicelli keep aside.
- In a pan add oil,mustard ,cumin seeds and curry leaves.
- Add channa dal and asafeotida and fry .
- Add chopped onions and chillies salute for 2 mins.
- Add peas,turmeric,salt cook for a min.
- Mix the vermicelli to the mixture fry for 2 min.
- Remove from flame and add lime juice and garnish with coriander.
