Ingredients
- Fish fillets (king fish) -2
- Mint leaves -handful
- Coriander leaves-handful
- Cumin pwd-1tsp
- Coriander pwd-1tsp
- Salt to taste
- Lime juice-2 tsp
- Chilles-2
- Ginger & Garlic paste-2 tsp
- Yogurt -1tsp
- Rice flour
Directions
- Make a fine paste of above ingredients.
- Smear the paste on both sides of the fillet and marinate for 45-60 mins.
- Once done dust rice flour on both sides and place it on the grill.Rice flour gives crispy crust.
- Takes 5-7 mins to cook .
- Serve hot with garden salad.
