Ingredients
- Chick peas-1 cup
- Onions-1
- Ginger-Garlic paste-1 tsp
- Garam Masala-1/2 tsp
- Cumin pwd-1tsp
- Coriander pwd-1tsp
- Salt-to taste
- Tomato-1
- Mint-garnish
- Coriander-garnish
Directions
- Soak chick peas overnight,cook the peas till soft.
- Take handful of them and mash coarsely.
- In a pan add oil salute chopped onion,ginger-garlic paste.
- Add chopped tomato and salt .
- Once the mixture softens add the mashed chick peas.
- Now add all pwds and little water ,allow to cook for 2 mins
- At this point add the cooked chick peas and cook for 5 mins.
- Turn off the flame and garnish with mint and coriander.
