- Spinach-4 cups
- Paneer cubes-1/4 cup
- Onion-1
- Chopped ginger-1/2 inch
- Chillies-2
- Garam masal-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric pwd-1/2 tsp
- Coriander pwd-1 tsp
- Salt-to taste
- Oil
Directions
- Chop and place spinach in MV safe bowl for -2 mins
- Once it cools blend to a fine puree.
- Add oil,onions,ginger,chillies in the MV bowl and heat for 2 min
- Add puree ,pwds and salt mix well and heat for 3 mins
- Add paneer and mix well heat for 2 mins.
- Serve hot.
