- Whole flour- 3 cups
- Water - 1 cup
- Salt- to taste
- Milk - 2 tbsp
- Combine flour, salt and milk with water to soft dough.
- Cover and keep aside for 60 mins.
- Make small balls and roll like chapati.
- Heat the pan.
- Slightly cook on both side ( 30 sec on each side remove from pan).
- Place this on direct flame or use mesh barrier turn the pulkas using tongs .
- Serve hot with butter on top.
