Beetroot Roti

  1. Grated beetroot-1
  2. Wheat flour-3 cups
  3. Salt-a pinch
  4. Oil

  • In a bowl combine flour ,salt and beetroot with water.
  • Knead the mixture well.keep aside for 30 mins.
  • Roll the rotis.
  • Serve with any gravy.
