Grilled Fish


Ingredients
  1. Fish fillets (king fish) -2
  2. Mint leaves -handful
  3. Coriander leaves-handful
  4. Cumin pwd-1tsp
  5. Coriander pwd-1tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Lime juice-2 tsp
  8. Chilles-2
  9. Ginger & Garlic paste-2 tsp
  10. Yogurt -1tsp
  11. Rice flour

Directions

  • Make a fine paste of above ingredients.
  • Smear the paste on both sides of the fillet and marinate for 45-60 mins.
  • Once done dust rice flour on both sides and place it on the grill.Rice flour gives crispy crust.
  • Takes 5-7 mins to cook .
  • Serve hot with garden salad.
