Ingredients
- Gram flour- 2 cups
- Salt to taste(optional)
- Chille pwd to taste(optional)
- Ajwain-1tsp(optional)
- Orange color(optional)
- Water
Direction
- Gradually mix the water into the flour to make a smooth batter.
- Add salt,chille pwd,orange color,ajwain to the batter.
- Heat the oil in pan.
- Use spoon with round holes, place batter on the spoon above the oil in such a way the batter falls into the oil as tiny balls.
- Fry boondi till crispy then remove from oil and place on kitten tissues to absorb extra oil.
- Store in air tight container.
