Ingredients
- Idlli rava -1 cup
- Urad dal-1 cup
- Cooked rice-handful
- Soda-1/2 tsp
- Salt-1/2 tsp
- Soak urad dal for 4 hrs.
- Drain water and grind along with cooked rice and idli rava to a fine batter .
- Mix well with soda and salt.
- Allow to ferment for 8-10 hrs.
- Once fermented place batter into idli moulds and cook for abou 10 mins.
- Makes 24 idlis.
