- Rice-2 cups
- Shahi jeera-2 tsp
- Black cardamom-2
- Green cardamom-2
- Bay leaves-2
- Cloves-4
- Cinnamon -1 stick
- Oil-3 tsp
- Ginger-Garlic paste-1tsp
- Chillies-3
- Water-2 cups
Directions
- In a MV safe bowl add oil and all above masalas.
- Heat for 2 min.
- Add washed rice and 2 cups of water .
- Heat for 20 mins.
- Serve hot with any dal.
