- Oil-3 tsp
- Black cardamom-2
- Green cardamom-4
- Bay leaves-2
- Shahi jeera-1tsp
- Rice -2 cups
- Mint leaves-10
- Fried onions-garnish
Directions
- In a MV safe bowl heat oil for a 1 min.
- Add above ingredients and heat for 1 min.
- Add washed rice and enough water mix well and heat for 20 mins.
- Garnish with fried onions.
