Ingredients
- Chicken- 1kg
- Capsicum-1
- Onions-1
- Tomato-1
- Ginger-Garlic paste-2 tsp
- Garam masala-1 tsp
- Dhania pwd-2tsp
- Cumin pwd-2 tsp
- Salt-to taste
- Chillies-5-6
Directions
- Add oil in a pan fry onions chopped length wise,ginger garlic paste and chillies.
- Salute for while then add chopped tomato and salt.
- Add all masala and little water to avoid burning.
- Now add chicken chopped into medium size.
- Close lid and allow to cook don't add extra water.
- Once chicken in cooked in masala ,if any excess water allow to evaporate and then add capsicum.
- Fry till dry.Goes well with rotis or rice.
- Garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
