Drain water and grind along with cooked rice and idli rava to a fine batter . Mix well with soda and salt. Allow to ferment for 8-10 hrs. Add mtr pwd and sugar and crushed almonds. Heat for 3 mins. Allow to cool. Pour into moulds and freeze .Takes about 3-4 hrs to set.
